Everyone's A Critic

October 5, 2017

One of the many prices of greatness is criticism.  Greatness and criticism go together like peanut butter and jelly.

So what do you do?

1.  Get Over It:

Someone will always have something negative to say.  It’s not what they say, it’s how you respond (10/90 Rule).

2.  Know Who You Are:

Be honest about your strengths and weaknesses.  Grow your strengths and work on your weaknesses.  Take constructive criticism from people in your inner circle that are invested in your success.

3. Change Yourself:

Nope you’re not perfect. None of us are. That doesn’t mean we can’t be better. Keep a positive ATTITUDE.  People can only change when they are open to improvement.  Change isn’t easy, IT'S NECESSARY

4.  Accept Yourself:

The easiest person to be in this world is yourself.  The hardest person to be in this world is who other people want you to be.  JUST BE YOU!  Then commit to becoming the best version of yourself.

Don’t place so much value on what other people think.  Instead, focus on adding value to people by actually valuing people.
